Biography

Judith Daly received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Elmhurst College in Illinois. Prior to entering law school, she was the administrative vice president of a chain of twelve retail hardware/home center stores in the Chicago suburbs. She was later employed as director of administration for several large law firms in Chicago. After notification of a scholarship award to DePaul College of Law in Chicago, she enrolled, received her law degree, and relocated to North Carolina to open the practice in 2006. In 2011, after devoting her entire practice to family law, she obtained certification from the North Carolina State Bar as a Certified Family Law Specialist. She regularly enrolls in continuing education to maintain her certification. She represents clients in all aspects of family law and is a member of the Family Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association.
