Amy, a para legal really helped me with a difficult situation. An insurance company wanted me to probate my deceased husband's will, for a car.. As a NJ Social Security lawyer in need of a NC estate attorney after the loss of grandparents, I reached out to Danielle Feller after finding her by pure luck while googling from the car on an urgent trip to NC after the bad news; (knowing, as many lawyers and consumers do, how awful too many lawyers are in terms of competent work product and communication style with clients.) Her staff fit us in for a consult the very next day, given our short trip. My husband and I were truly blessed to have the great luck of connecting with Danielle Feller's firm. She (and her staff) took over EVERYTHING; very very hands on, we she handled all, and guided us step by step through the parts where we had to act. She worked remotely with us since we live in PA.

I had to give a shout out to Nicole who works this offices phones. i called yesterday evening from an uneducated place and it was after 4pm.. out of 8 attorney offices that I phoned she was absolutely the most personable, kind and knowledgeable. My questions led over past 5:05pm and she was still focused on getting me the CORRECT information, not just taking a deposit for a consult. We ended up realizing their services were not exactly what I needed but I was so impressed and thankful for the 15-30 minutes she spent helping me and her attitude. I cannot stress how much of a lovely experience I had with Danielle Feller at Daly Mills. I had gone to another attorney before her and basically paid $1500 to be told they couldn't help me. Danielle cleaned up that mess and completed the rest of the estate work. She was amazing at communication. I not once had to reach out and request her follow up.
She is also just a kind and easy to work with person. I've not worked with many attorneys in my life but I was nervous about the whole thing. She took a mess of a situation that had been stressing me out and exhausting me for the better part of a year + and resolved it.
While I hope I never need help with estate matters again, I cannot reccomend this law office enough. If you want a competent attorney who is also thorough and kind, this is the place.

When my dad passed unexpectedly and without a will, I was lost. It was by chance, and I think fate, that I ran across Danielle and Nicole. They took care of everything that legally needed to be done. At one point, I sent Danielle a message on a Sunday not expecting a reply until at least Monday. She answered me right away. That was impressive!
My business with them just came to a close ... that part is kind of sad. Competent, friendly and supportive. I would highly recommend their services.
